Torch Coral Skeleton Showing. my torch coral skeleton has slowly been showing more and more. my main concerns are the receding of the flesh (there is no flesh band around the skeleton), the highly visible skeleton, and the algae. yesterday i have bought a torch coral and noticed that it was showing its skeleton when i came to check on it the next. Multiple pieces of the skeleton have parts of. I was away for a week and my alk and magnesium dropped. one of the biggest problems i have seen beginner hobbyists have is failing to account for the calcium demand for these. i was gluing down my frags and while removing the torch head from the frag plug, the skeleton completely shattered. yesterday i have bought a torch coral and noticed that it was showing its skeleton when i came to check on it the next. the only thing i am noticing in the second pic is that there is some bare white skeleton showing on the left side.
